THE ROLE
As a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is key to maintaining effective communication with our customers. In your role as a Salesforce Application Expert (m/f/d), you will be instrumental in driving our success and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will focus on implementing digital customer processes, especially within Customer Service, and contribute to developing top-tier service solutions in the system. We highly value active involvement in shaping and optimizing current processes to continuously enhance both our team and solutions.
YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

Develop scalable, sustainable features and functions within our CRM system

Analyze, define, and implement new system requirements

Optimize existing features to adapt to the evolving Customer Service Journey

Use available tools to define processes in a declarative manner

Review software updates and ensure smooth, error-free integration

Maintain interfaces to our SAP system and other Salesforce systems, actively participating in their development and enhancement

Ensure the analysis and optimization of business processes from a system perspective
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE

You have a degree in (technical) computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or have completed training as an IT specialist, and possess several years of professional experience

You have strong technical expertise in SQL/SOQL, .net, Java, as well as in object-oriented development, cloud-based software systems, and microservices

You have extensive experience in designing and developing cross-system processes and can apply this expertise successfully

You are familiar with various tools related to development, release, and deployment processes, and have experience working in an agile environment

You are proficient in English, both written and spoken

You have solid experience (at least 2 years) in the Salesforce environment, particularly in development using Apex, Visualforce Pages, and Lightning Web Components
