THE ROLE
As a customer service agent (m/f/d), you will support our Chinese customers with the goal of meeting their expectations and providing an excellent customer experience in the fields of sales, orders and lifetime. To do so, you will bring in your passion for excellent customer service and cycling to our team.

- Providing technical support to our customers via email, phone and chat
- Assessing guarantee and warranty requests and ensuring that they are followed up correctly
- Improving the technical processes in order to achieve an even better service level
- Achieving and adhering to the defined KPIs in terms of processing quality, quantity and time
- Build / Maintain / improve local bike shops network to cover key cities in China to provide technical support for local Canyon customers
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE
- You have already gained experience in customer service
- You are a natural problem solver and manage to help our Canyon fans
- You are a team player, but you can also work independently in a results-oriented manner
- Technical knowledge will help you to meet our customers and service partners at eye level with technical questions
- You are enthusiastic about bikes
- Very good Chinese language skills with a strong customer and service orientation. English would be a plus.
