THE ROLE
We’re looking for an analytical thinker with ~5 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering and Analytics – someone who’s excited to transform data into insights that directly fuel growth, performance, and smarter decision-making.
As part of our Digital Strategy & Analytics team, you will work on refining attribution models, optimizing marketing channels, and experimenting with automation and advanced modeling methods. You will collaborate with digital, commercial, and external teams to incorporate data-driven strategies throughout the business. HOW TO BECOME PART OF THE RACE

~5 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering and Analytics, or a similar field.

Solid foundation in machine learning, A/B testing, and statistical modeling.

Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow.
