YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW
- You own and execute ongoing market research and assessments for upcoming global non-financial regulatory reporting requirements (CSRD, CBAM, EUDR, UK Modern Slavery Statement and others)
- You drive the implementation of IT tools supporting non-financial reporting obligations and steer x-functional teams to on time delivery of high-quality data inputs, including SMART target setting and follow-up
- You are responsible for the delivery of the annual non-financial reporting, related to legal requirements and the continuous improvement of underlying processes
- You own strategic parts of the non-financial reporting requirements and deliver relevant descriptive information
- Consultations and reviews with cross-functional teams is your daily business
- All non-financial metrics are well understood by you and your analysis of relevant data supports a companywide understanding of where strategic controls are needed and what kind of future reporting requirements must be considered and prepared for
- You advise and support x-functional teams in drafting documentation for external assurance across an increasing set of non-financial metrics
- You work closely with the global teams and different departments and are the “go to” person for non-financial reporting
- You value flexible working hours and are able to accommodate stakeholders in different time zones, mainly USA and Europe

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Excellent project- and change management skills
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- You have a very strong background in finance, accounting, sustainability, non-financial reporting, or impact measurement
- Understanding of and experience with non-financial reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, WEF IBC, and industry trends including upcoming regulatory reporting (e.g., EU CSRD, CSDDD….)
