YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW
- You own the Extended Producer Responsibility reporting process by collaborating with 3rd party providers and internal departments, making sure all legal requirements are fulfilled and reported
- You support in the areas of reporting, such as CDP (“Carbon Disclosure Project”) & SBTI (Science Based Target Initiative), as well as in the annual data collection and preparation of corporate carbon footprints and develop into an expert in this field
- Improving the reliability, consistency and time of calculations by documenting best practices and automating certain process steps
- You are open to familiarizing yourself with other environmental issues and taking on smaller projects in this area yourself
- You support the ESG team in a wide range of areas and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- You have experience in the area of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and related standards such as ISO 14040/44, ISO 14067, GHG Protocol
- Your strong ability to think analytically and your ambition will help you to find a solution to a wide range of problems in a team
- You love data and are keen on learning new skills
- You work independently as well as conscientiously and you are a team player
- You can certainly use the common Microsoft tools (in particular MS Teams) in practice
- Last but not least, very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile
EDUCATION
- A completed degree (master) in economics, environmental sciences, engineering or a sustainability-specific course
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in sustainability or project management
- You are familiar with relevant sustainability standards and are familiar with their requirements
