  • End-to-End Testing & QA: Defining test scenarios and executing validation checks for new and existing data streams covers digital channels (SMS, push) as well as offline touchpoints (event tools, field initiatives).
  • Data Cloud Subject-Matter Expertise: Acting as the functional expert for Salesforce Data Cloud involves overseeing data streams, data modeling, and identity resolution rules to build unified customer profiles.
  • Cross-Functional Interface Management: Connecting CRM teams, webshop developers, app teams, internal IT, and Service Cloud specialist:s facilitates smooth specification and testing of updated data structures.
  • Technical Requirement Definition: Translating business and marketing requirements into clear technical specifications equips developers and IT teams for precise implementation.
  • Vendor & Platform Alignment: Collaborating with Salesforce account executives and solution engineer:s keeps Canyon at the forefront of platform enhancements and architectural best practices.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE

  • Professional Background: 5+ years of experience in CRM solution engineering, data management, business analysis, or technical project management within a complex marketing ecosystem form your foundation.

  • Analytical & QA Expertise: Deep experience in data testing, validation, and logical data modeling enables you to spot discrepancies across complex source systems quickly.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Excellent coordination skills ensure seamless alignment between marketing teams, IT departments, external providers, and Salesforce partner:s.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English skills (both written and spoken) allow for confident communication across global cross-functional teams.
