Job Description

THE ROLE

Cplace is our innovative project and portfolio management solution, designed with a focus on ease of use and intuitive functionality. Our mission is to empower project teams to seamlessly contribute to product development, creating efficient workflows that drive success. With a user-centered approach that has garnered attention in the PPP-tool community, we are excited to continue evolving and need your expertise to help us lead the way.

 

As the Product Owner for our PPM software, you will play a pivotal role in executing the product vision and roadmap, ensuring our platform evolves in line with user needs and business goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, guiding product development through strategic decision-making and ensuring we continue delivering a solution that users love.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: TEMPORARY

DURATION: 1 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT (MATERNITY COVER)

YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

  • Maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and business value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized, prioritized, updated, and reflects the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Support the agile software development process to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the product.
  • Advocate for a user-centric approach to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Collaborate with the core team (internal and external) - especially with Business Software Manager - fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • A Plus: Do own configurations (No Code) and developments (Low & Pro Code) in the system based on user requirements.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with PPM tools and technologies, as well as a strong understanding of software development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for understanding user needs and delivering practical software solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Skills in Low & Pro Code Development are a plus.
