THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our project management team. In this exciting and challenging role, you will be pivotal in delivering Canyon products to market, driving both customer satisfaction and Canyon’s future success. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the entire organization. These projects may include innovation initiatives, regular portfolio updates, or gear and accessory development.

YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

  • Leading product development projects and programs from requirements analysis to successful completion.
  • Manage project teams composed of members from various departments and backgrounds.
  • Ensure project success with complete transparency regarding scope, cost, and timeline.
  • Prepare and implement steering bodies, including regular direct communication with Canyon management.
  • Provide regular reporting within the framework of project and company structures.
  • Proactively support the continuous development and optimization of our process landscape.

HOW TO BECOME PART OF THE RACE

  • Hold a degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Professional experience as a project or program manager
  • Proficient in classic and/or agile project management methods, with a strong understanding of processes.
  • Experience in the bicycle industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, combined with cultural awareness.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to address both familiar and unfamiliar questions efficiently.
  • Strong prioritization and self-organization skills, always keeping Canyon’s best interests in mind.
  • Very strong English skills, both written and spoken.
