THE ROLE

 

As we continue to expand our product lines and global footprint, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, design, and simulation related to cycling products. You will be responsible for optimising the development of innovative products that improve performance and exceed customer expectations.

  • Workflow Establishment: You set up structured workflows for structural analysis and continuously drive their development.

  • Simulation Procedures: You develop and validate simulation procedures through targeted testing and analysis to ensure compliance with our performance goals.

  • Innovation Driver: You implement innovative design solutions that elevate product performance to the next level.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: In close cooperation with the product design team, you work continuously on improving product quality and performance.

  • Documentation: Detailed tracking and clear documentation of simulation results fall under your responsibility.

  • Project Management: You manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.

  • Technology Scouting: You stay up-to-date with industry advancements and integrate new technologies directly into our product designs.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE

 

 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerodynamics, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience with FEA software (e.g., Hyperworks, Abaqus, ANSYS, Ansa) and simulation techniques. 
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems. 
  • Strong understanding of mechanics, materials and their fatigue behaviour. 
  • Experience in the cycling industry or a strong interest in bicycles and cycling performance is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in CAD software and experience with 3D modelling tools. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, innovative environment
