As we continue to expand our product lines and global footprint, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, design, and simulation related to cycling products. You will be responsible for optimising the development of innovative products that improve performance and exceed customer expectations.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerodynamics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with FEA software (e.g., Hyperworks, Abaqus, ANSYS, Ansa) and simulation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong understanding of mechanics, materials and their fatigue behaviour.
- Experience in the cycling industry or a strong interest in bicycles and cycling performance is a plus.
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with 3D modelling tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, innovative environment
