The Store Manager leads and develops the team and creats brand excellence through outstanding customer experience. To grow revenue the leader works independently on (sales) initiatives and continuous store improvements for the customer journey.
YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW
- Leading the Store Team and building a customer first mindset ensuring delivery of high experience standards
- Work target oriented and creating a goal oriented atmosphere that involves and motivates the team / P&L, sales & service goal driven mentality
- Collaborate with global departments to improve communication and success and to achieve synergy effects that increase efficiency; work proactively with different stakeholders across the organization to establish common understanding and buy in on all levels
- You will define and control KPI's to identify continuous improvements and creation of success factors
- Continuous building of product knowledge, information about product developments and regular knowledge transfer with the entire team
- Improve internal processes and practices to ensure continuous improvement of these processes and optimized workflows that increase efficiency
