THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated Working Student to support our purchasing activities with Supply Planning Team. 
*The requirement for a job as working student/internship at Canyon is the enrollment at a university/college. Voluntary internships are possible up to a maximum period of 3 months.

YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW

• As Working Student in the Supply Planning Team you will assist with various tasks within our portfolio, with a focus on report generation, data entry, and process adjustments. 
• You will have the opportunity to participate in internal meetings and serve as a contact for issue resolution related to goods receipt or stock transfers.
• Your tasks will also include regular procurement tasks: 
  • Maintaining delivery notes
  • Entering purchase orders and adjusting orders
  • Approving invoices
• Furthermore you will support the Team by Transferring stock to different destinations and ordering Gear Samples.

HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE

• You are studying engineering, economics or a comparable course of study.
• Initial experience in procurement or supply chain management is an advantage.
• You are proficient in using MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis.
• You have good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Your strengths include good communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to handle responsibilities independently.
• An interest in the bicycle industry rounds off your profile.
